The Ontrac

Our pilot product, the Ontrac, is a complete training system (in one simple tool) for all parts of your game. It was developed in conjunction with PGA Teaching Professional, Ross Kroeker to help the golfer achieve the proper club position in the two most important parts of the swing, the takeaway and the impact zone. Most swing mistakes occur in the first 18 inches of the backswing. The Ontrac is designed to provide a visual and physical guide to help you start your swing properly and return the club back “ontrac” through impact. In addition, the Ontrac will help you with three critical elements of your swing: club face position, swing path, and swing plane. All three of these elements are interrelated and thus, if you make a mistake with one, it often leads to a corresponding correction or mistake with the other. Ontrac provides a simple yet effective guide that helps you visualize the full swing and eliminate these mistakes. When it comes to putting, the Ontrac is second to none in providing a tool to groove both your aim and tempo. Finally, the Ontrac provides a “bounce board” for a physical guide to getting out of the trap.

From the driver to the putter, the Ontrac is the most functional tool to improve your game, and better still the designers have managed to make this tool super durable, lightweight and compact, so that it is easily carried in any golf bag. The patented dual density injection molded design provides for optimum performance. The panels combine the wear and impact resistance of ABS with the durability of TPU, an injection molded rubber compound. The hinges are over molded with pure TPU to form a highly flexible and durable living hinge mechanism. The Ontrac weighs just 2.4 pounds. The ABS/TPU panels are soft so that they will not damage your clubs if struck, yet we are so confident in the durability of the unit that we guarantee the unit cannot be broken through its normal use.

The Ontrac comes with a 15 minute instructional DVD, as well as 24 pages of drills and instruction from PGA Teaching Professional Ross Kroeker and a five (5) year warranty. The Team

Ross Kroeker - PGA Teaching Professional

Ross Kroeker is a teaching professional with 20 years of experience helping golfers of all ages and ability. He has taught nationally with top golf schools and is recognized as an expert in video analysis. His instruction videos have been featured on PGA.com. Ross was selected by Jim Flick to join the acclaimed staff of the Nicklaus/Flick Golf Schools in 1994. He was a lead instructor for the ESPN Golf Schools and currently is the Western Region Lead Instructor for CORPRA golf Schools, a nationwide school specializing in business development through golf. One of the first instructors to utilize the internet for tournament video swing analysis, Ross has produced over 3000 internet videos. Notable tournaments include The ESPN SuperBowl Classic and The ESPY Celebrity Golf Classic. Ross teaches at Harding Park Golf Course in San Francisco, California.

Frank Falkenburg – President

Frank began manufacturing in 1998 with the license for bags and accessories for PUMA, North America. He brought with him a knowledge and understanding of branding and marketing from his years in sports management most notably with IMG. Frank’s company, FigJam Inc. (www.figjaminc.com) has since grown to be one of the premier merchandise based marketing companies bringing private label and branded merchandise to the world and is proud to bring you, the Ontrac Training System;

Tony Bush III - Product Development

From childhood on, Tony has spent much time developing his interest in how things work. Tony’s father worked in the Physics Department at Indiana University for over 30 years, encouraging Tony’s curiosity and exposing him to the art of mechanical ingenuity. Tony’s first invention, for a grade school Science Fair, was a fully functioning SCUBA outfit for a mouse. The mouse survived the ordeal and that was the beginning of many projects to come. After graduating and leaving Indiana, he began working in high rise building construction in New York City and has been in construction management for the last 20 Years. Tony’s father, an avid golfer since childhood stirred his desire for the challenges that golf presents from an early age. Naturally, his life long struggle to become a better golfer and his ingenuity have come together to bring you Ontrac.

Shon Peterson – Director of Marketing

Shon has a diverse and unique history in the action sports industry spanning every level of design and marketing including development, manufacturing, promotion and sales. His understanding of every aspect of introducing a product to the market stems from his direct involvement in product launches with companies such as Morrow Snowboards, Savier, Bonfire and Salomon as well as his many years with FigJam Inc. ;
